FPM was established in 1968 with the goal of providing the highest engineering quality, innovative solutions and an unyielding dedication to servicing our clients. Keeping that basic policy, the company has grown and developed into a full service, multi-disciplined engineering firm. Under the direction of its principals, Dr. Kevin J. Phillips, P.E. and Gary A.
