FPM's Environmental Engineering Department provides comprehensive environmental engineering services involving areas such as regulation compliance/permitting, environmental impact analysis, site investigations, remediation, feasibility studies, and design to numerous governmental, municipal, and private clients throughout the tri-state area and nationwide for over 30 years.

We are well versed in the myriad of complex environmental regulations such as the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and local regulations (e.g., Suffolk and Nassau County Article 11 and 12 Standards for Storage of Toxic and Hazardous Materials).
