John A. Avolio, Jr., REA

Mr. Avolio has extensive experience in mechanical and environmental engineering project design (Title I) and oversight (Title II). His experience extends across the Air Force including Tinker, Scott, Laughlin, Edwards, McClellan, Los Angeles, Elmendorf, Whiteman, and Eielson.

Mr. Avolio has over 19 years DOD, USAF experience as Major Command Project/Program Manager, AAC/CE, Deputy Director of Facilities at Edwards and Environmental Director at Edwards AFB, managed IRP program and high interest projects, B-2 production, test and administrative facilities, environmental support to NASA and established Pollution Prevention projects and negotiated with various agencies and commands.

He has demonstrated ability to organize and direct large indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to achieve on time, under budget results.

In addition, Mr. Avolio earned several senior level commendations from the USAF for facilities and environmental leading edge solutions to mission critical problems as Deputy Director of Facilities and Director of Environmental Management at Edwards AFB, AFSC and AFMC Headquarters Command.
