Mitchell Mead

Mr. Mead has managed Information Technology projects in government and private sectors both in the US and overseas for the past 15 years.

He has managed departmental IT operations as well as led the design, development, implementation, and support of software and systems integration projects including Geographical Information Systems. He is currently consulting in web-enablement of GIS and associated integration of environmental and budgetary databases.

Mr. Mead earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
