Richard J. Goetz, R.A., C.S.I.

Mr. Goetz is a licensed Registered Architect with 28 years of experience. He has a diversified background in both architecture and engineering involving architectural design, office planning, asbestos abatement design, re-roofing design, historic preservation, HVAC design and construction administration in both new and renovation projects for various corporate, educational and municipal clients.

As FPM's Senior Architect, Mr. Goetz's responsibilities include: coordination of clients, consultants and staff, design development, code compliance, construction drawing preparation, writing technical specifications, quality control, cost estimating, coordination of contract bidding, and construction inspections and administration.

Mr. Goetz received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Architect in the states of New York and New Jersey. He is a licensed Asbestos Inspector in New York State, has received USEPA training as a Lead Risk Assessor, and is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
