Jerome Salador
Mr. Salador has been an employee of FPM Group for 16 years as a Draftsman, an AutoCAD Operator, and an Engineering Technician.
With other firms, he has had an additional 5 years of experience in drafting and as a member of a land Surveying crew. He also has had 1 year of experience in inspecting buildings for possible fallout shelters or emergency care facilities with FEMA.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Life Sciences for Cornell University with some course work in drafting, engineering, environmental science, geology and computer science. Additionally, he has had course work in AutoCAD drafting, land surveying, architecture, engineering, higher mathematics, and computer science at Suffolk County Community College.
He also holds an Engineering Technician Certification in Architectural/Building Construction from "NICET - National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies" (received in June, 1996).
Presently, Mr. Salador's main duties at FPM are as an AutoCAD Operator and draftsman. He has had 13 years of experience using AutoCAD and is highly proficient with AutoCAD versions 2000i through 2006, as well as manual drafting. His work includes architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and site plans, as well as environmental and geohydrologic maps, including 3-dimensional soil cross-section models. He takes pride in his work and believes in producing "highly accurate and aesthetically pleasing" drawings, plans, maps, and models.
