Dreama Shirley

Ms. Shirley is an Information Specialist experienced in working with the Air Force Base Conversion Agency (AFBCA). For eleven years she has been the Information Specialist for the AFBCA community relations support project at the former Myrtle Beach AFB, South Carolina in a part-time capacity.

Ms. Shirley’s previous position was with Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Arlington, Virginia as Head of the Marine Corps World-Wide Military Claims Program (she retired in 1993). Prior to going to the Marine Corps, she was the Post Claims Officer/Claims Branch Chief for the Army Staff Judge Advocate Law Center, Fort Belvoir, VA.
