John P. Svoboda

Mr. Svoboda has an extensive practical knowledge of construction engineering concepts, principles, and practices applicable to a broad range of assignments. He has a knowledge of construction trades; inspection practices and procedures involved in the inspection of materials, workmanship and the installation of systems; and knowledge of safety practices in the construction industry. He is an expert in using automated approaches such as computer databases to solve problems.

Mr. Svoboda's training and certification includes OSHA HAZWOPER with current refresher, OSHA Confined Space, OSHA Excavation and Trenching, Troxler Nuclear Density Gauge, DOE Radiation Worker, and DOT Hazardous Materials. He has received an Air Force Achievement Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and an Air Force Longevity Ribbon with One Oak Leaf Cluster.

Mr. Svoboda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the United State Air Force Academy.
